30 minute Introductory therapy session via phone or zoom - Free

My standard fee is £70 per 50-minute session. However, I understand that therapy is an important investment and an be a stretch, especially with ongoing weekly sessions. If cost is a concern, I do offer a limited number of spaces at £60, depending on availability. Please don’t hesitate to ask, my aim is to make therapy feel both meaningful and manageable.

Concessional rate for low income & students, 50 minute general therapy session - £55

Weight loss Coaching - £80 hourly session

Sessions can be face to face or via zoom depending on your preference.

Cancellation Policy: Sessions will be charged in full if less than 48 hours notice is given.
