Welcome

Hi, I am Charlotte, welcome to my site. I am a fully insured Humanistic Integrative Counsellor. I am a registered member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP) with a full CRB check. I offer 50 minute face to face and on-line counselling sessions from a dedicated therapy space in Hassocks West Sussex, easily accessible from Brighton, Burgess Hill, Haywards Heath and other surrounding areas.

I work in my counselling practice with young people age 14-18 and adults of all ages offering a safe, empathic and non-judgemental space for you to explore your feelings.
